The double bed room is not recommended for two unrelated guests, like business travelers. The bathroom shower and toilet seat can be seen from the bedroom. There is also no locks for the bathroom. The hotel is black themed which is more suited for couples and not business travelers. I think they are short staffed but somehow doing ok in terms of services. The hotel breakfast is very normal and almost no changes from the 3 days of eating there. English speaking staff is also a challenge.

We were sort of exhausted when we get there. It was so nice that hotel staff let us check in right away when we arrived a couple hours early than normal check in time. Breakfast is not included, but this no issue, there are many breakfast places within a couple blocks radius. Room: clean & nice, shower room: great, location: good, bed: comfortable. Safe box: yes.

I used to stay at this hotel when I came to Taipei for business. The location is quite central for visiting customers. It is my first time of visit after COVID-19. I found the hotel service is not as good as before. The small fridge at the room is no longer available. Instant coffee and tea bags are no longer available at the meeting lounge on 15th floor. Room rates are gone up but the facilities are not the same as before. I requested a bottle of drinking water from the front desk but they told me room service was no longer available after 5pm because the service people were off.

Booked the room online, and as always booked a double bed... I am with my partner!. Very easy to find hotel, dedicated elevators serve the hotel..... As it's in a multi use building. We arrived early and took a chance for early check-in, but unfortunately not available. Upon check in, we confirmed the double bed.... Got to the room, and find 2 single beds... ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ Asked reception, to only get response... So sorry no doubles available. About to loose the plot, when partner says it's OK..... No offer of discount! Now the room is extremely clean, basic supplies in the bathroom. Large room, with decent street view. The beds were comfortable. Easy access to nanjing fuxing station exit 2. 2 minute walk. Now, as we had been in and out during the day, nothing seemed out of place! But we came back around 10:30pm got out of tge elevator to what smells like wet dogs. Apart from that the hotel was good

Effortlessly check in and check out! Room is daily replenished with the necessities. Basic packing n sweeping. All good. Spacious room! Level 2 to 9 Is office floors, 10 to 15 is hotel. Only con, the walk is rather thin. Can hear next room’s laughter or when they speak loudly!
